Parameters
- processId: string
  Checked process-id
- parentProcessId: string
  Id of parent-process
- OptionalprocessTable: readonly Readonly<Process>[]
  Process table (optional - will be queried via API if unset)
Returns boolean
True if processId is a direct or indirect child process of parentProcessId
