Write the ERP interface config to the settings table in case it is undefined.
This ensures that as soon as the ERP interface feature is activated the then current version is
explicitly stored in the settings. If a third party implements an integration based on this version,
any subsequent version change could break this integration.
This only applies to integrations that rely on "manual" JSON export or shop integrations.
Integrations that invoke wsi4 are (now) forced to define the interface version so the database setting
has no effect in this case.
